Are You Happy?

Having extra time at home would not make you a more productive person. Lately, I have been getting the syndrome of "Not knowing what to do" (this syndrome applies both "in present/in future"). My time schedule had shifted from waking up in the morning to waking up at night. This habit frustrated me the most as I used to be a morning person. I was usually energized in the morning. This worries my partner, as I knew she cares a lot whether I am happy or not. Or wether I know what I am going to do in life. I worried her when I answered "Eat" and "Sleep" when she came up with a question about "Things that you have done that made you happy before you die" Later, she felt better when I gave her some right answers: going to study, having a cat... ... Later that night, she forwarded this poster to me. It's such a weird and tautological (thank you Omar to introduce me this word) poster. It drives me crazy when I try to understand the logic of these arrows and circles. Maybe there is no logical way to explain whether you are happy or not.

Change something. At least for now.
